This equipment is used for automatic folding mask production line (typical models such as KN95 or N95 masks).The equipment material rack is loaded in a full roll.It can place up to six layers of non-woven fabric rolls and melt-blown cloth rolls. The nose bridge wire feeding and cutting mechanism places the nose bridge wire, and then uses the ultrasonic knurling equidistant embossing compound roll welding through the appearance knurling drum, and then the body is folded in half by the stacking mechanism, and the folded cotton cloth is ultrasonically edge welded in the next process. Finally, roll-cutting is performed by a roll-cutting knife. The processed mask piece is then welded to the ear strap by an ear strap welding machine. The mask produced by this equipment is comfortable to wear, has no sense of pressure, and has a good filtering effect. It fits the human face and can be used in medical, electronics, mining, construction and other industries. This machine adopts PLC, touch screen control, the main conveyor belt adopts one-way motor transmission, precise transmission, stable control and adjustable speed.
